The Typical Process · 4 Steps
From Application to Orientation

Application — August 18th ~ August 26th (4:00 p.m.)
Submit your application by email to the recruiting team — the Apply page lists the address, required items, and the three essay prompts. Essays may be in Korean or English, based on facts and your own experience. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Individual Fit Interview — August 28th ~ August 29th
Identifies personality and style. Conducted in Korean, up to 30 minutes, via Zoom. BS-team applicants are given a guesstimation problem.

Group Case Interview — August 30th
Groups of 5–7 solve a business case in 40 minutes, followed by a presentation in English and Q&A.

Results Announcement — August 31st
All candidates are contacted individually; orientation follows shortly after.
